The owners of Samuelson & Nordhaus gained their first experience in the construction sector in the late 1990’s. At the beginning the company specialized in structurel works and performing subcontracted construction and assembly services for the leading developers in the north of Poland.

Today it has expanded its activity to larger Polish cities and it is also successful in the construction sector in the Netherlands, Luxemburg and Flanders in Belgium. The carefully worked out transborder procedures have enabled the company to seamlessly provide services on the common European market and to comply with all the legal requirements of the European Union.

In the year 2003, the scope of the company’s activity was extended to developer services, with its multifarious investments centered in Warsaw and suburban zones of large agglomerations in Northern Poland. Until Today we have been involved in numerous industrial projects as well as several multiresidencial apartment building and we pride ourselves on our achievements in this particular field.
